In addition
to the bedrooms each house featured numerous bathrooms,
washing machines
and potentially extra dishwashers that may be added by new homebuyers.

Notes
A new development on a brownfield site. Developer was looking to build
nine individual homes of various sizes linked to a communal sewer. Sewer
pipe would feed to a pumping station and then into a treatment plant located
uphill in neighbouring farmland.
Sewage plant would have to possess performance + capacity to cope
with any future additional inflow, (such as dishwashers) to be fitted by
new owners.
